So let’s start with I love anything to do with health and feeling the best version of you that you can possibly be! I’m studying Kinesiology and cannot wait to work in the health field. I’m working on getting my CPT (personal trainer certification). I resistance train 6-7 days a week and am always trying new exercises. I’m extremely passionate about eating clean nutrient packed meals that taste and look nice too. I strongly believe in having clean spaces with minimalistic characteristics as clean spaces equals clean minds. I love fashion, fitness, clean eating and adventures. Overall, I love sharing my knowledge about fitness and nutrition with others! ❤
